REF TO 4-5 SUBJS CROSSING THE STREET W/O LOOKING BOTH WAYS AND TAKING THEIR TIME TO CROSS..COMPL IS CONCERNED FOR THEIR SAFETY..CAN BE CALLED IF NECC.

Someome thought this was a big enough problem to call the police.
